光合作用功能蛋白质组学
黄 芳
博士,课题组长,研究员;
1963年1月出生于甘肃酒泉市。1984年和1989年在兰州大学获学士和硕士学位。2003年在瑞典Stockholm University获博士学位。1992-1994年,在英国Horticultural Research International(HRI)进行访问研究。2003-2004年在瑞典Stockholm University做Research Fellow。2005年入选中国科学院“百人计划”。任中科院植物研究所光合作用功能蛋白质组学创新研究组组长。《植物学报》责任编委。近年来,在PNAS、Plant Physiology、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics、Journal of Proteome Research、Proteomics、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy、FEBS Journal、Microbiology等国际学术刊物发表论文数十余篇。培养具有硕士和博士学位的研究生十余6名、博士后1名;正在培养的博士和硕士研究生9名。

1. 蓝藻光合系统的生物发生机制与调控
主要以光合模式蓝藻(如Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803)为材料,利用生物化学、分子遗传学和光谱学等手段,探讨光合膜系统及膜蛋白系统演化与功能调控的分子机理。
2.绿藻光合作用与光合产氢的生物发生机制与调控
主要以光合作用与光合产氢的模式绿藻(如Chlamydomonas reinhardtii)为材料,采用蛋白质组学和分子遗传学手段,探讨光合作用与光合产氢的代谢网络调控规律并发现重要基因靶标, 培育高光效产氢微藻株系。
3.光合微藻逆境适应分子机制
主要从细胞和亚细胞水平,研究光合微藻对逆境(如高光强、高盐碱等)的分子适应机制,发展微藻资源高效利用的途径和方法。
