光合作用功能基因组学
张立新
博士,课题组长,研究员;
1970年12月出生于江苏省句容市,1992年四川大学学士,1997年兰州大学博士,同年进入芬兰图尔库大学从事博士后研究,曾在中科院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所、兰州大学工作,2000年度中国科学院“百人计划”。 2007年获国家自然科学杰出基金资助。现任中科院植物所副所长,国际光合作用协会执委会委员,中国植物生理学会常务理事、生物物理学会常务理事,植物学会副秘书长。Photosynthesis Research副主编,Advance in Photosynthesis and Respiration, Molecular Plant, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,《生物物理学报》等刊物编委。植物副所长。

主要研究方向为光合作用功能调控的分子机理,近年来在光合膜复合体生成和动态调控中发现一批重要的调控因子。在Annu. Rev., Nature Commun., Plant Cell, J.Biol.Chem., Plant J., Plant Physiol.等国际学术刊物发表论文四十余篇。现主持国家重点基础研究发展计划(973 项目)“光合作用分子机制与作物高光效品种选育”;承担国家自然科学基因重点项目“核基因编码的叶绿体蛋白转运调控机理”。
